the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly (a rare treat for me!). the room felt spacious, offering enough room to move around. the hotel's location was also a definite plus, with access to the city center. friendly staff contributed to a positive experience.

i thought the towels felt a bit worn.

My superior king room included a comfortable bed and felt spacious, allowing freedom of movement. I could store my things easily and get to them as needed. the room also had blackout curtains, a minibar and a tv, all in good working condition.

The staff at the front desk were consistently friendly and helpful. They answered my questions quickly and offered clear directions. the check-in process was efficient, and the team were proactive in providing assistance with luggage storage. They showed genuine care.

The hotel has a fitness center that includes treadmills and stationary bikes. I also saw some weights. the business center offered computers with internet access, useful for quick tasks. It was clean and well kept with functional equipment.

decent stay, some aspects need attention

the location was good for exploring. the staff were friendly and helpful . i got a room as requested (it was quiet).

the internet did not work properly. the bathtub was old and it seemed not so clean. the air conditioning wasn't working well (i set it to 20 degrees, but the room was still warm).
